Leadership Update: September
What a productive September across all our branches and sub-branches, with the final wave of committee AGMS through early October, our professional development calendar kept busy with webinars, face-to-face workshops and self-paced options. From October we also have new education courses launching and don't forget our corporate training available for on-site delivery to meet specific company needs.
Digital transformation continues with our mobile app launching next month. Soon you'll have networking tools and essential resources right in your pocket, building on our website improvements to create seamless member experiences.
Our storytelling initiative for the national awareness campaign is gathering steam. Thank you to those who've nominated colleagues - we're still collecting submissions to showcase authentic quarrying voices nationally.
Looking ahead, our Building Inclusive Futures Day webinar launches mid-November featuring powerhouse speaker Yasmin London - founder of First Movers Inc., world champion athlete, and global advocate for digital resilience and courageous leadership. We'll be marketing this exciting event throughout October, so keep an eye out for registration details.
Also, we're working on our 2026 national conference (6-8 October 2026, Gold Coast) which will be launching for pre-sales registrations soon - watch this space!
